Give your hair a Moroccan vacation...

With so many different products promising you silky, smooth, damage-free hair.. where does a lady in distress start?!?! SIMPLE!! MOROCCO.. or should I say Moroccan Hair Oil Treatment. Believe the hype.. this stuff is amazing for your hair, especially in the summer heat and humidity.

The Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment is an oil that is free of any silicones or alcohol. It's primarily argan oil and not only super conditioning but smells divine! Because this oil is alcohol-free, unlike other hair serums that claim to be reparative, it will never dry your hair out. And the plus side is that your hair immediately absorbs it and it doesn't leave a greasy residual feel.

There are so many ways to use this oil treatment. You can apply it on damp, towel-dried hair to help condition, detangle, and smooth your hair before styling it. I like to mix a little bit of the oil with the Moroccan Oil Hydrating Styling Cream on the days my hair feels extra dry. You can also apply it on dried, finished hair to give it some added shine.

*For hair in need of a serious conditioning treatment, mix a drop or two of Moroccan Oil Treatment with your conditioner in the shower and apply it all over your hair, leave it on for 25 minutes, and rinse it out. Your dried tresses will thank you!! :)

And yes, it does come with a heavy price tag but if there is ever a moment to splurge on something wonderful for your hair.. this is it!

Did someone say FEATHERS??!!

What a fun way to spice up your look, especially in the summery haze! 70s are back with a mission this season and what's easier than having some fun colored feathers in your hair to go along with the hippie trend!! Their installation is painless, takes about 3 minutes and they last around 2 months. I have had mine for about a month now and they're still going strong. Look for your local hair salon or beauty supply store. Since it's the latest buzz in hair trends it shouldn't be too hard to find a place that installs them. My recommendation is to find a place that installs them in bundles, it is less expensive and faster than getting them one by one. *in order for them to really show you need at least 4 feathers together because they are very thin. And yes, you can shampoo your hair, blow dry, flat iron, and curl because they are heat-resistant!!! The feathers come from roosters and are dyed in a variation of colors and patterns. So go for it and throw a feather or two.. or more in your hair this summer! LOVE THEM :)
